Accountable for the full project lifecycle—from initial briefing through to delivery—ensuring each initiative aligns with Sky’s operational, financial, and governance standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead internal and external project teams across design, construction, workplace technology, and security.Engage with senior stakeholders to validate project briefs and ensure alignment with business needs and budgets.Ensure compliance with Sky’s legal, financial, and governance frameworks.Champion inclusive design principles, ensuring all workplace environments support diversity, equity, and accessibility—including specific accommodations for neurodiverse colleagues.Key Projects:Sky Studios Elstree – Oversaw the transition from developer-led construction to a fully operational Sky facility. Enabled early production access for major titles such as Wicked, and delivered multiple “Day 2” projects around live production schedules including Paddington and Jurassic.Osterley Campus – Delivered a new outside broadcasting facility and corporate office refurbishment, including technical centres for NOW TV and Sky platforms. Managed the fit-out of NBCUniversal News offices, editing suites, and broadcasting centre. Reconfigured Sky News and Sky Sports editing and broadcasting suites.Dublin Office Rationalisation – Consolidated two offices into a single modernised facility, including refurbished call-taking and corporate office wings, and a new kitchen and staff restaurant.Aalborg, Denmark – Led the fit-out of a new office and TV technology labs for a newly acquired Sky company, integrating the facility into Sky’s technology and security systems.COVID-19 Return to Work Programme – Directed Sky’s return-to-work strategy across England, Wales, and Scotland, ensuring safe reoccupation of workplaces in line with government and internal health protocols.
