These efforts strategically target traveler segments to maximize over $20M in capital allocation. Additionally, I lead innovative AI projects, including deploying a Knowledge Base Copilot for hotel partner agents and an AI-powered, interactive dashboard for agent performance root cause analysis. This dashboard provides leadership with real-time insights into coaching opportunities and operational challenges. Beyond delivering data and insights, I significantly influence organizational effectiveness by optimizing CRM tools, expanding self-service technologies, and streamlining operational processes.During the past years, I’ve successfully reduced hotel overbooking expenses by $15M YoY and cut costs associated with cancellations and changes by $3.1M YoY through strategic self-service expansion, predictive machine learning models, and process optimization. Additionally, I revolutionized our executive escalations team’s quality assurance process by implementing an LLM-powered QA system. This innovation generated executive-level insights from customer complaints, resulting in a 26% YoY reduction in escalation rates.I frequently assume diverse roles, including Data Scientist, Data Engineer, AI Engineer, AI Strategy Leader, Business Intelligence Analyst, and AI Product Manager.
