   Perform inspections across multiple production stations, ensuring each panel met engineering drawings, BOMs, customerspecifications, and quality standards.Conduct detailed inspections of cables, cable routing, cable numbering, and labeling to ensure accuracy and correct installation;verify cable terminations, crimps, wire gauge, ferrules, labeling sequences, and overall cable management.Check panel-to-panel wiring, harness routing, and final enclosure connections at each station.Perform torque verification on terminals, breakers, ground bars, busbars, and all critical electrical connections using manualtorque wrenches and digital/automatic torque guns; Ensure all inspection tools and torque equipment were calibrated and usedproperly.Mark inspected points for traceability and confirmed compliance with UL standards and internal SOPs; Verify correct materialsand components by inspection numbers and part identification before final assembly continued.Identify issues such as loose connections, incorrect materials, wrong cable numbers, or workmanship defects and initiated NCR(Non-Conformance Reports); enter inspection results into the company quality database with photos, defect notes, and correctiveactions.Communicate daily with station leads, production technicians, and engineers to resolve nonconformities quickly; supportcontinuous improvement by reporting recurring issues and assisting in root cause analysis.
