Working as a Project Leader in Finance at Alvarez & Marsal, where I focus on financial planning & analysis, complex financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making across the firm. My work involves developing forward-looking financial models, analyzing performance across multiple business units, and partnering with leadership to drive data-driven insights.Prior to my current role, my experience includes positions as an Internal Auditor, Water Polo Coach, Scuba Diving Instructor, and Mathematics Tutor—roles that helped shape my analytical mindset, leadership approach, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.I was born and raised in Serbia, where I completed my high school education in computer science. Opportunities to study abroad later took me to New Zealand at King\'s College Auckland and to the United States at Wagner College, where I earned my degree in Economics and Finance.Throughout this journey, I competed in water polo at multiple international levels—playing in Serbia and New Zealand, and later competing in NCAA Division I Water Polo and Swimming while at Wagner College. These experiences helped develop my discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset.Today, I continue to stay involved in the sport and currently play for the New York Athletic Club Water Polo Team.
