I am a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) candidate at Purdue University and a Civil Engineering graduate from NIT Trichy, with a strong foundation in technical project management, product implementation, operations, and supply chain optimization. My goal is to bridge engineering, business strategy, and technology to deliver impactful, sustainable solutions.My experience spans construction project management study, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. As a Student Project Manager, I led a 4-member team in a precast vs. cast-in-situ construction study, uncovering a 73.5% faster timeline for precast and implementing risk protocols that reduced risk indices by 30%. At Chryso India (Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals), I executed 36+ concrete trial mixes, improved throughput by 65%, and mitigated supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
