With a strong passion for developing a clean and abundant energy source, I have embraced the role of advancing company\'s core technology- To validate the concept at cutting-edge facilities, I led an international collaboration and engaged stakeholders at various levels- My responsibilities extend to the development of novel optical setups that are pivotal to the implementation of the fusion technology- I directed efforts of purchasing equipment for experimental setups ensuring alignment with project specifications and budget constraints.Output- When I joined the company, it was undergoing a fast and transformative growth. I built and managed a team with whom I completed two projects with aggressive deadlines in time and budget- Transformed the specification definition by focusing on the use of ISO-10110 standard- I created and implemented quality verification processes to ensure the specified parameters are met.
