Introduced load balancers, IIS application pools, and multiple IIS websites to have efficient environments which reduced the server count from 14 to 7. This led to over 50% savings in resource usage and significantly reduced maintenance effort for both developers and QA.• Recognized with the Operation Excellence, Climber, Accountability/Responsibility/Ownership badges by leaders across multiple levels, including the Development Manager, EVP, and President for outstanding contributions and performance.
