Scaled the organization’s Case Management System from 1 to 3 government-funded service programs, expanding from Integrated Employment Services (IES) to include Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPP-D) and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), while designing workflow automation and system enhancements for thousands of client records across complex service operations. Optimized system scalability by reducing high-volume Microsoft Graph API calls, migrating frequently accessed entities to internal PostgreSQL tables with indexed queries, improving performance and reducing external API dependency. Developed a “Search All Clients” feature with governed access workflows, allowing staff to discover clients outside their caseload and request secure access through an approval process. Implemented a Private Client access model to support confidential records and sensitive case handling through enhanced role-based access controls. Built bulk reassignment tools allowing administrators to transfer entire caseloads between staff members and reassign large volumes of requests by request type, reducing administrative workload during staffing changes. Automated government form generation by pre-filling forms with client and request data and uploading them to SharePoint upon request completion, eliminating repetitive data entry and streamlining document management. Improved platform performance and usability for large datasets, optimizing client search, filtering, and overview workflows to support thousands of client records efficiently. Collaborated closely with supervisors, program managers, and staff stakeholders to continuously refine workflows, ensuring the platform aligned with real employment service delivery processes.
