As a producer of my passion project, I am dedicated to promoting discourse and conversation around social justice, impact, society, culture, art, and everything in between. The initiative\'s aim is to provide a platform for individuals and communities to share their stories, experiences, and perspectives in a way that is engaging, informative, and thought-provoking.In my role as a producer, I am responsible for managing the overall production of the podcast, writing, working with guests on the podcast and coordinating with contributors for the blog. This involves overseeing the creative direction, scheduling guests, and editing and post-production of the podcast, as well as reviewing and publishing blog posts.One of the most rewarding aspects of my work on Blackbird is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals who bring unique perspectives and experiences to the table. Whether it is discussing the latest trends in social justice or exploring the nuances of cultural phenomena, every episode and blog post is an opportunity to learn something new and engage in meaningful dialogue.Working on Blackbird has allowed me to hone my skills as a producer and content creator, while also deepening my understanding of the issues and challenges facing our world today.
