   Preparation of monthly reconciliation reports as per theoretical consumption / drawings at Site / Plant / Casting Yards• Review of upcoming monthly consumption plan of concrete and reinforcement steel as per program provided by site.• Based on the schedule, co-ordinates with P&M, Procurement, D&E and site teams to achieve the targets set.• Monthly review of physical & financial progress report of projects as per scope and completed structures w.r.t master program provided by site.• Conduct weekly review meetings with site and prepare MOMs.• Periodic updating the Project Schedule and Project Budget by obtaining appropriate approvals in case of any deviation• Checking & verifying sub-contractor RA Bills, processing for the payment and follow up for the same.• Work out the quantity as per design drawing• Preparation of Sub Contractor’s Control Sheet against tender/BOQ quantity• Preparation of Comparative statement of the amount certified to Sub contractor v/s Client certified amount.• Regular co-ordination with site planning team, billing team, Accounts & Store Dept.
