Hi, I’m an IT Consultant with over 8 years of experience helping businesses get the most out of their databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise billing systems.I’ve been fortunate to work with some amazing teams at Teradata, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and now Trusted Shops in Cologne. Along the way, I’ve worn different hats—Database Administrator, IT Consultant, and now System Specialist (Zuora)—which has given me a well-rounded perspective on both technology and business needs. At Trusted Shops, I focus on Zuora system —making sure subscription billing runs smoothly, solving tricky integration issues, and improving processes so teams can work more efficiently. At TCS, I managed procurement systems, coordinated with Oracle and Teradata vendors, and gained solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud Services. At Teradata, I worked closely with architects and data modelers to tune performance, fix long-running ETL workloads, and optimize system capacity. One of my biggest wins was reducing backup windows and system bottlenecks, saving costs and improving performance for the business.I also enjoy continuous learning and hold certifications in Azure Data Fundamentals, ITIL v3 Foundation, Teradata 16 Advanced Database Administration, and Certified Scrum Master.What drives me is the challenge of solving complex technical problems while keeping the bigger picture in mind: enabling teams and businesses to deliver more value.
