ABOUT VRUSHAB RATHI

Motivated and detail-oriented aviation professional with comprehensive hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. A graduate of a 2-year Aviation Technician – Aircraft Maintenance program, with a background in Aeronautical Engineering and practical exposure to both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. Recently completed 6 months at WestJet working on Boeing 737 NG, Boeing 737 MAX, and Dash 8 Q400 fleet. Actively involved in daily checks, service checks, phase checks, and defect rectification under the guidance of licensed AMEs. Performed tasks including oil servicing, tire/brake inspections, filter replacements, oxygen/N2 servicing, cabin maintenance, and operational checks. Gained hangar experience in assisting with scheduled maintenance, task card execution, snag rectification, component changes, and aircraft cleaning/detailing. Previous experience includes time at Bombardier Aerospace (Montreal) and with the Ministry of Natural Resources, where I worked on various aircraft, such as the CRJ200, Challenger 3500/6500, Cessna 152/172, Piper WWII, Twin Otter (DHC-6-300), Beaver, and EC130-B4 helicopter. Participated in a 25-minute EC130-B4 test flight, gaining valuable insight from a pilot\'s operational perspective.
