I’m a Master’s student in Biomedical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, focused on applying machine learning to real-world problems in healthcare and life sciences. My work sits at the intersection of bioinformatics, genomics, and applied ML, where I build data-driven solutions that translate complex biological data into actionable insights. I’ve worked on projects involving NGS pipelines, genomic data analysis, and predictive modeling, with a particular interest in functional genomics (ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq), regulatory sequence analysis, and healthcare analytics. Beyond research, I’ve applied these skills to real-world data, working with large-scale datasets and building end-to-end pipelines from preprocessing to modeling to interpretation. I’m currently seeking opportunities where I can contribute to AI-driven healthcare, genomics, or data-focused roles, collaborate with strong teams, and build systems that create measurable impact.
