Valentinas Rudys joined Weber State University faculty in 2022 and is an assistant professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at the Goddard School of Business & Economics. Valentinas teaches courses in macroeconomics, finance, and statistics for undergraduate and graduate students. In his research, Valentinas studies macroeconomic, labor, and financial issues. Among his interests are portfolio allocation decisions over the lifecycle, Social Security reforms and their effects on the US economy through the labor markets, older worker labor market outcomes, and active labor market policies.
