ABOUT VALÉRIE ROBITAILLE

I am a natively bilingual and experienced Product and Community Manager with a creative spirit and impeccable interpersonal skills. I am a very out-going person, a creative writer with an appetite for comedy who brings passion, energy and a fun attitude to everything I do. The time I’ve spent in multi-national software companies has allowed me to work with agile development teams across the globe and establish partnerships with several name-brand enterprises.My experience in product and community management has taught me how to communicate ideas, gather feedback, handle feature requests, and build compelling product roadmaps. At Automic Software Inc. I established a Product Advisory Program and recruited representatives from over a dozen Fortune 500 companies to participate in biweekly product discussions. These customers were invited to participate in demos and UX testing, and helped us evaluate the product, its features and overall business value on a regular basis. This allowed our customers to have a voice throughout development, and provided real-life user scenarios to product and design teams. The program opened up the lines of communication, informed product decisions and over-all; it increased customer engagement and satisfaction.This passion for UX and attention to customer care are what would make of me a great asset to any team.
