Always thinking about people, culture, and the power of communities for social good! Excited to find ways to build effective workplaces that people love walking into. As a Director at MAD, I progressed from scaling operations in chapters to mobilizing a large remote volunteer base and further managing the Employee Human Capital function at Make A Difference [MAD]. MAD is one of India\'s largest non-profits working for equitable outcomes for children at risk. Designed and managed recruitment, retention, training, and engagement of over volunteers and 30 employees. Worked on MAD\'s culture and values translating into practices that helped create a cohesive work environment that was collaborative and aligned. During my time as the Human Capital Director, MAD was awarded the Top 10 India\'s Best Non-Profits to Work For and ranks as GPTW\'s Top 10 Best Mid-sized Companies to Work. Currently focussed on building a high-performing culture for rePurpose Global that allows employees to turn up as their full selves.
