Worked on a Financial Business Model and explained it in a visual form using charts for pitch meetings with potential clients for a portfolio company. Conducted Product Testing for another portfolio company to understand gaps in their product and look at growth opportunities. Working on constructing a P&L and Balance Sheet in Excel that allows us to understand growth, overhead reduction (synergies) and working capital for a company Gorilla is potentially thinking of acquiring.Currently working on a strategic project to assess Gorilla’s partnership model and develop a framework and post-merger document for future partner selection to support rapid client acquisition and market expansion.
