   At Via, we are transforming transit systems into efficient digital networks, delivering advanced software solutions and turn-key transit operations. My team leads HRT Paratransit, the largest deployment so far among our many partners which include cities, private operators, school districts, corporations, and universities. Contract is >10MM/yr, covers 6 cities served from 2 operations facilities using 100+ vehicles (including non-HRT fleet) and 200+ drivers (including employee, independent, and 3rd party). During the pandemic, we continued to safely operate HRT\'s essential service, while also cutting trip times in half and achieving the best-ever on-time performance (note: trip volumes were lower during this time, however, we also cut capacity in half, cancelling out the \'benefit\' of lower volume on performance).
