ABOUT VINCENT RALLON
Vince is an infrastructure project financing professional with broad experience in structuring cost-effective financing solutions and raising project financing for roads, bridges, rail and energy projects. He has led financing efforts for large, complex civil P3 projects in North America and worked on projects that successfully achieved financial close, raising over $3 billion in debt. Vince works with various stakeholders in the infrastructure community including: lenders and bond underwriters; rating agencies; legal, technical, insurance and financial advisors; and, procurement authorities. He negotiates financing agreements; conducts funding competitions, due diligence, including contract and project document reviews; and oversees the development and structuring of financing and security solutions. Vince acts as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and consortium partners from bid development to implementation and has worked on projects worth over $24 billion in aggregate capital costs.Vince is presently seconded and acts as the CFO for Mosaic Transit Group, the SPV for the Finch West LRT Project.
