Oversee multiple school renovation projects valued between $5M and $20M, managing trades including roofing, sitework, MEP, flooring, concrete, drywall, painting, and more.• Maintain meticulous project records, including progress updates, change orders, and RFIs, ensuring compliance with Palm Beach County School District standards.• Ensure that As-Built drawings are kept up to date.• Lead OAC meetings, project kick-off meetings, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.• Monitor project costs and identify areas for improvement while maintaining a deep understanding of contract documents, district specifications, and drawings.• Review and verify shop drawings and submittals before submission for approval.• Assist in developing and tracking project schedules, including two-week lookahead schedules, to mitigate delays and ensure adherence to milestones.• Act as primary client liaison for Palm Beach County School District, addressing concerns and providing regular updates, strengthening client satisfaction, and fostering potential future opportunities.• Manage closeout activities and conduct punch list walkthroughs to ensure successful project completion.
