For nearly two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of community development, strategy, and systems change—most recently as Director, Strategy & Quality Practices for Housing & Community Workforce Development at YMCA of the USA.In my role, I help local YMCAs strengthen their connection to community by developing strategies that respond to real-world needs and close long-standing gaps in housing and workforce access.
