I am a languages graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive global experience as a VP Talent, Head of Learning, and organisational design and change consultant. My career has centred on building, transforming, and leading People and Talent functions, ensuring organisations have the people, systems, processes, and capabilities needed to attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent for growth.My expertise spans the full talent lifecycle, from recruitment to leadership development to succession planning, culture, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. My financial background also allows me to contribute to wider organisational strategies. I particularly enjoy working with evolving or maturing HR functions, where I can strengthen foundations, implement scalable solutions, and help leaders and teams realise their full potential. I am passionate about leadership development and enabling individuals and teams to grow in ways that create measurable value and business impact.I am currently with HBK, an exciting electronics engineering business at the intersection of physical and digital innovation. HBK brings together world‑class sensors, testing, and measurement solutions with advanced simulation, modelling, and analytics software,\"empowering the innovators\", helping customers accelerate time to market and drive innovation, while creating fulfilling and meaningful careers for our people.Outside work, you’ll most often find me with my family or on the golf course: usually at Woking Golf Club, where I recently had the honour of serving as Captain, leading the Club through its incorporation and setting up the new Board and governance structures.
