Welcome to my profile,With over 15 years of experience in accounting, controlling, and financial reporting, I am an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) member since 2023, further strengthening my expertise in IFRS reporting, audit, and advanced financial management. I began my career at Orangina Schweppes International (Suntory Group) in Amsterdam, where I evolved within a matrix organization from General Accountant (SAP) to a role in controlling and reporting. I managed overhead and marketing costs exceeding €20M annually, produced reports for cost center owners, handled significant intercompany transactions (Hyperion), and contributed to budgeting and forecasting processes. I was also selected to join the SAP implementation project team, deploying FI/CO modules across five countries. In 2017, I relocated to the Paris region and joined Wargaming as a Financial Controller, before being promoted to Head of Finance, managing a team of three. In this role, I worked closely with local and Group senior management on tax and regulatory matters (including tax audits and transfer pricing compliance), as well as on strategic initiatives such as restructuring, redundancy plans, and office relocations. In 2023, I joined Darewise to gain exposure to the blockchain environment. In addition to leading the finance function, I set up crypto accounting processes, treasury management, and wallet/multisignature governance. I also optimized the procure-to-pay cycle through the implementation of Spendesk and led the migration of accounting processes to Pennylane. Throughout my career, I have developed strong technical and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to adapt to diverse environments and stakeholders. I have successfully contributed to finance transformation and internal control projects under tight deadlines, and I particularly value team management, fostering both autonomy and development.
