Accountable for the successful completion of south regional projects within the time & budget and look for claim and business opportunities. • Responsible for overseeing the execution of the comprehensive project management process from start to finish, utilizing a team of project managers in collaboration with the regional and global operations team.• Responsible for monthly, quarter and semi-annual financial objectives pertaining to revenue, cash and billing targets for project management and operations team.• Responsible for enhancing the revenue, cash and billing procedures through the implementation of process improvements.• Managing interdepartmental functions regionally and globally to meet the regional operational goals & KPIs.• Monitoring and controlling projects is achieved through periodic review of project status, risk register, lessons learnt implementation, customer satisfaction survey results and project auditing. • Assisting & collaborating with the engineering, procurement, logistics and field service teams in order to ensure the timely completion of their tasks, from the initial engineering phase to the final commissioning stage, ultimately culminating in the successful handover of the sites to the customer. • Ensuring utmost level of sensitivity and compliance with EHS and quality standards. • Reviewing project reports and take necessary action to support team. • Management Information System (MIS) reporting is conducted for all projects, with the purpose of highlighting achievements, identifying areas for improvement, and requesting support.• Currently heading the Special Task Force responsible for the regularization of Pacing revenue, cash, and past due files. • Regular meetings and communication are conducted with the global team, customers, consultants, and contractors.• Assisting in the finalization of contracts for newly constructed projects.
