I am a Business Leader passionate about Technology, Architecture, Large Scale Data Platforms and MACH based ecosystems.I have bootstrapped and scaled several large global Verticals / P&L\'s and managed Global Sales and Delivery organisations driving Revenue Growth, Global Delivery, Customer Delight and Profitability. I have Incubated and Established new Industry Verticals / P&L\'s and Practices driving accelerated growth to 100 Mn USD Business and Scaled Established Verticals to 350 - 400 Mn USD businesses delivering 10 - 15% QoQ Growth through a combination of Accounts, Verticals, Service lines and Offerings. I have Managed verticals across multiple Industry sectors (including PE Portcos) scaling on \"right to win\" areas & investing in strategic H2/H3 differentiation. I have helped setup, scale and transform several GCC’s for customers across ISV and Enterprises and grow GCC portfolio. I have managed large Global Delivery Organisations as CDO and have managed upto associates driving Delivery, Quality, Talent, Operations, NPS and CSAT. My portfolio spanned across Product Engineering, Data Platforms, Managed services, AMS and Support. As part of my Global delivery charter have focussed on building strong leadership and technology teams across portfolios and geographies.I drive immense focus on operations driving 85 to 90% Utilisation, Profitability, EBIDTA gains for look ahead investments.I Have delivered several Complex, large-scale Products & Platforms driving New Product development or modernising legacy ecosystems delivering Technology transformation and impacting ARR for customers. Have been part of several Digital transformation initiatives across MACH, Micro-frontend, lowcode,Integration,Big Data, Generative AI, and DevSecOps. Engaged across the PDLC from “Vision to Architecture to Market”. I have Established Agentic Center of Excellence driving \"AI first\" Agentic based approach to PDLC and Domain functions. Focus on Agentic implementations across PDLC practices utilising ecosystems such as Langchain ecosystem, Claude etc driving 15 - 30% productivity improvement. Designing Multi-Agentic ReACT frameworks and MCP led paradigms have been my recent areas of engagement.I have Nurtured high-performance teams and firmly believe that empowered teams are critical to achieving organisational success. I have been engaged on M&A activities identifying strategic target candidates across embedded, Data, Engineering areas focused on differentiation. I speak and write on topics across MACH transformation, Distributed architecture, GenAI etc.
