I am an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with 5 years of experience in EV manufacturing, specializing in new product launch, DFMA, greenfield factory setup, and process and quality engineering. My work sits at the intersection of product design, manufacturing readiness, and operational excellence.Currently, I am designing and commissioning a greenfield factory to launch Lucid’s next-generation midsize vehicle. My scope includes overhead rail systems, lift assists, torque tooling, human ergonomics, fixture design and fabrication, and hands-on resolution of complex product and manufacturing challenges.At Lucid, I have worn multiple hats across the full product lifecycle from supporting programs through production hell, driving launch readiness, standing up a brand-new factory, and sustaining day-to-day manufacturing operations at scale. I have authored standard operating procedures, developed and maintained PFMEAs and Control Plans, implemented Statistical Process Control, and led root-cause investigations using 8D and DMAIC to eliminate production-gating quality issues.My efforts have delivered measurable results, including improved First Time Through (FTT), increased Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and significant scrap reduction resulting in multimillion-dollar cost savings.I’m passionate about designing robust, human-centered manufacturing systems and solving the problems that stand between engineering intent and production reality.
