I am a Special Education teacher and aspiring school leader with a background in criminal justice, including experience as a correctional officer, juvenile probation officer, and police officer. I bring a strong foundation in behavior management, de-escalation, and relationship-building to support student success.I hold a B.A. and M.S. in Criminal Justice, an M.A. in Adult Education, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership. In my current role, I work in a behavior-focused program, providing individualized instruction and collaborating with staff and families to improve academic and behavioral outcomes.I am also an entrepreneur and author of Steady Greatness, a children’s book focused on leadership, growth, and self-belief.My goal is to lead with purpose, build strong systems, and create lasting impact in schools and communities.
