ABOUT ALBIN VON STADEN

I am an experienced Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone GmbH in Düsseldorf. As the HR Head of Domain, I advise and coach leaders on strategic HR planning, talent, succession and change management and I support the transformation into a technology company. In my role, I lead both central and international HRBPs and act as the deputy for the Head of Tech HRBP. Previously, I worked as a Global HR Business Partner at Vodafone Group Services GmbH, where I was responsible for the global salary and bonus process for the technical division. My career began at E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH and Uniper Global Commodities SE, where I worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Consultant. I managed HR for several departments, implemented new organizational structures and supported the implementation of the HR TOM model, including process creation and handover to the Shared Service Center.I have extensive knowledge in personnel development, organizational design, project management, change management and collaboration with workers’ councils. My IT skills include Microsoft Office, SAP, and SuccessFactors. My professional interests encompass leadership skills, personnel development, organizational design, economic trends, labor law including co-determination rights, project management and digitalization.My strengths are in my honesty, judgment and leadership qualities, my willingness to learn, the team-oriented working style and a conceptual thinking.
