ABOUT VOLKER KROMM
Our greatest legacy comes from creating, rebuilding, or improving organizations or processes, that improve the human condition. I believe in our collective ability to achieve the incredible. Success should not be the measurement of what we have taken from the system, nor fabricated for our benefit; but rather by what we have given back to elevate others. Charity is a construct whose origins and values may best define our community\'s moral character; but offers only half the solution. My goal is to work with remarkable individuals and talented teams; in order to build capacity, implement sound business practices, and design systems to hold our organizations accountable, within a growing market economy. The end game is to mitigate poverty, and replace it with a compassionate, more profitable and equitable society.
