I am a sales engineer and project leader at VISIOTT Traceable Packaging Solutions, a company that provides software and hardware solutions for different types of sectors but primarily for the pharmaceutical sector. With over eight years of experience in the track and trace field, I have a strong understanding of the regulations, standards, and challenges that affect the production and distribution of medicines worldwide. My role at VISIOTT involves not only supporting the end users with their software malfunctions or user errors, but also finding the root cause to provide permanent solutions. I also participate in technical alignment meetings with new customers, visit customer sites, create project plans, and support the installation and commissioning of the new equipment.
