With faster payouts and reduced uninsured losses, brokers can help clients strengthen their insurance programs and build a more resilient risk management strategy.Wildfire Product Leader:As Wildfire Product Leader in the parametric insurance team, I design and develop data-driven insurance solutions for forest fire risk, leveraging satellite Earth Observation, climate data, and risk modelling. I am also responsible for monitoring the health of our wildfire portfolio and support the operational team on complex deals, ensuring technical robustness, scalability, and alignment with client needs across high-risk regions.Pilot Lead – PIISA Project (EU Horizon Programme)I lead the Pilot 4, focused on leveraging satellite data and AI to support parametric insurance solutions for windthrow risk. This pilot explores innovative ways to enhance climate resilience in the forestry sector through EO-based risk monitoring and loss assessment.Windthrow Risk Modeller – SWIFTT Project (EU Horizon Programme):Within the SWIFTT project, I developed the windthrow risk model, combining satellite Earth Observation data and environmental variables to help predict and map storm-related forest damage across Europe. This work supports early warning systems and climate-resilient forest management.
