ABOUT NICOLE VOIGT

I work with industrial companies globally to transform their value chains at the intersection of sustainability, performance, and technology. I am part of the EMESA Leadership Team for BCG’s Industrial Goods section and co-lead BCG’s global metals agenda, supporting clients across steel, aluminum, copper, and battery metals. My work centers on large-scale industry transformations, with a strong focus on CO₂ footprint optimization, circular economy solutions, and operational excellence. I support clients in redesigning their end-to-end value chains through (digital) supply chain transformations and the application of (Gen)AI to unlock new levels of efficiency and resilience in metals and process industries. In parallel, I contribute thought leadership on trade policies and their implications, as well as on the decarbonization of heavy industry in the context of global climate objectives. In recognition of my work, I was elected among the top 100 most influential businesswomen in the category “Climate Innovator” by the manager magazin initiative #Top100Frauen in 2023.Beyond client work, I am a co-author of several BCG publications on diversity and inclusion and an active member of the German “Working Moms” network. Since April 2025, I am part of the Advisory Board of TIB Chemicals.
