ABOUT VICTORIA MARSHMAN
Hey, I\'m Victoria, an entrepreneur blending spirituality, community leadership, and dance education to inspire others to prioritize self-care. I’m a 3X Founder and raised over $300k+ for charities. My journey from a modest upbringing in Scarborough, Ontario, to landing deals with two dragons on Dragon’s Den wasn\'t paved with degrees or family connections but sheer determination. Fueled by a creative spirit nurtured since childhood, I hustled to pursue my dreams, starting with a cleaning business at 13 years old to fund my dance passion. Despite financial setbacks, I pursued dance relentlessly, which led to pivotal moments of support, shaping my commitment to pay it forward. My journey evolved through various endeavors, including grassroots fundraising events and founding Stratus Events with my business partner. Recognizing my diverse interests, I transitioned to full-time entrepreneurship, co-founding City MOGULS to revolutionize networking events for purpose-driven entrepreneurs. Amid the challenges of 2020, my entrepreneurial spirit thrived. Collaborating on Mave & Chez, we launched a luxury slipper brand, raised $1M from investors, and landed a deal on Dragon\'s Den. Resilience, hard work, and self-reflection have fueled my journey, and I\'m passionate about sharing lessons learned to empower others to embrace their potential. Through my coaching practice Unstoppably YOU - I support female entrepreneurs with structured masterminds, group coaching, 1:1 coaching and roundtables to support women in building thriving businesses that drive real impact.
