This includes integrating the latest technologies in hearing aids, cochlear implants, and tinnitus management, as well as pioneering services in cognitive screening and auditory processing disorder. A significant part of my work is dedicated to fostering a patient-centered environment, where each individual receives tailored care and support.I also lead a team of skilled professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the highest standards of service. My commitment extends to building and maintaining relationships with other healthcare providers and organizations, enhancing our collaborative efforts to provide holistic care. As the owner, I am continuously exploring innovative practices and opportunities to expand our services, ensuring Victory Hearing & Balance remains a leader in audiological care and patient wellness.
