About Victoria Cercone

Upon entering the workforce as a recent graduate, I began to gravitate to projects that needed a point person to make sure everything was running smoothly. I quickly learned that I loved leading and guiding others to a common goal that would positively impact not only the company, but its employees and clients as well. From then on, I was hooked. With a few projects under my belt, I decided I wanted to have an even bigger impact doing what I do, not only impacting a company and its employees, but others outside of where I worked. This desire led me to seek work within the healthcare industry, an industry that affects everyone to some degree.Working with Excellus BlueCross BlueShield has allowed me to make this impact. Our projects are geared toward bringing an even better experience for the member.
