   Vlasta leads Grifols ongoing efforts to develop, execute and promote social initiative strategies that advance Grifols brand and reputation in the communities in which we operate. Her key responsibilities include ensuring that these activities aligns with and advance Grifols corporate mission, build shared value with core stakeholders, and increase internal and external engagement in the company’s social programs. By understanding both the needs of the business and local communities in which Grifols operates, she is able to drive innovative approaches to Grifols’ social impact strategy that highlights Grifols brand and reputation as a world-class company. Vlasta serves as a Board Member of the J.A. Grifols Foundation along with managing the growth and day-to-day activities of the Foundation and is a steering member of the Grifols Women\'s Leadership Initiative Employee Resource Group. Vlasta also serves on the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) Global Plasma Board of Directors.
