I am a creative design leader with over 15 years of experience working in branding, UX/UI, and visual storytelling. My journey has been a learning experience, filled with collaboration, growth, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects. I have had the honor of leading teams at organizations like Morning Consult, and Cvent where I helped build strong, cohesive brand strategies and scalable design systems.I pride myself on fostering environments where creativity and teamwork flourish. I have learned a great deal from mentoring emerging talent and working alongside cross-functional teams to design user-first experiences that make a difference. I continue to explore innovative approaches and tools, including AI, which I see as a valuable addition to the creative process.My approach is rooted in humility and a commitment to continuous improvement.
