To me candidates are just as important as clients as they are both part of the equation. My goal is to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and differentiate myself from the pack by going above and beyond what is expected. I hold a firm belief that it takes the right requirement and the right candidate to make a perfect match, and I strive to connect the two without trying to fill a position just to fill a position. I like to make placements based on fit for both sides, not based on short term, commission driven tactics.
