I\'ve always thought about how I would explain my job to my parents. Whenever they ask what I do, which they tend to do a lot at family gatherings, I try to paint as simple of a picture as possible- I find people and help them get a job at a great company. Pretty boring, right? So if my parents are seeing this, here\'s what I really do:I\'m an intuitive and data-driven recruiter. Through my experience at Zillow Group and Airbnb, I\'ve had the opportunity to grow my skills in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management. My passion is connecting people to their dream jobs. Along the way of helping somebody find their dream job, I\'m uncovering personal aspirations and building lasting connections with amazing people around the world.While I certainly enjoy crafting recruiting strategies as much as the next recruiter, I also care a lot about creating a people-first culture within my team.
