Analysis of interference and cross modulation in satellite navigation receivers. System Level analysis of RF transmitter and receivers. Derived Objective Specifications for the next generation of 802.11ac/ax access point chip sets. The manufactured chipset has been incorporated in almost all WiFi access point devices on the market. Developed system level simulation algorithms to analyze power efficiency and EVM of RF transceivers with Digital Pre-Distortion and various Envelope Tracking techniques. Modeling of RF Power Amplifiers, with/without memory effects, using modern interpolation and optimization methods and algorithms. Investigation of Power Integrity issues (IR drop and SSN). Signal integrity analysis of application/customer PCBs. Optimization of the RF components (traces, vias, lumped elements, antenna/SMA/SMP connectors) using 3D full-wave EM solvers. Evaluation of the coupling between critical traces in packages and boards. Novel antenna designs: wide-band WiFi antennas, including dual-polarization antennas, UWB (ultra-wide-band) antennas, GNSS circular and elliptical polarization antennas. Proposed several inventions.
