Overseeing PCF (Apr-Aug) and Outbound (Aug-present) departments at BDL3 Fulfillment Center leading a team of 5 Operations Managers, 24 Area Managers & 1200 Amazon associates - Drove YoY safety incident reduction in PCF (46%) and OB (54%) – drove manager knowledge of RC incidents in the department thru skip level reviews and weekly WBRs and held team to high standard in terms of safety action deliverables to achieve YoY safety injury reduction - Drove 27.8% YoY improvement in inventory quality performance – worked with Inbound Senior team around actions to improve inventory quality, re-focused priorities between teams - Took ownership of third party maintenance partnership at BDL3 around priorities for the team and improving customer experience for leadership team – Crit 1 BL reduction (Jun 21 348 -> Nov 21 87.43), SmartPac OEE improvement, SLAM kickout improvement (>3% Aug-Oct 2.45% Dec 21), Ticket BL/response (avg 300 open)- Single threaded leader for PCF for the North East region - Worked with Amazon Robotics engineers to deploy fiducial cover process at BDL3 & other sites in network - reducing need to replace fiducials by 80% YoY allowing team to procure less fiducials overall and allocate less resources to fiducial replacement at the site while maintaining floor performance - Implemented standard work, audit mechanisms and daily follow up structure with Operations teams to drive 11% YoY volume increase and 7.7% YoY cost improvement for peak season 2021 in Outbound. PCF showed 10% YoY TPH improvement as well as 3k weekly labor hours economy in ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality)
