I inform, influence, inspire and engage EMEA employees, leaders and all internal stakeholders. I\'ve created engaging campaigns to support transformative initiatives, such as Covid-19 employee safety, diversity and inclusion, technology launches and returning to the office. Leading the LinkedIn Executive Profile strategy for Europe\'s most senior leaders, I\'ve helped to establish and build their social brands online. I find, write, edit and generally amplify leaders\', teams\' and employees\' stories from around Europe to reach and inform local, European and Global audiences of up to 90K employees. As the most senior Employee Communicator in Europe, my role is to set the internal communications priorities and strategies for my team to drive change and improve the employee experience through our communications. I craft the messages for top leaders in the organisation through scripts, articles, blogs, videos and other content to reach the in-office and non-desk-based decentralised workforce using our in-house media and channels. Applying a passion for diversity, inclusion, engagement, development, innovation and creativity to build employee engagement, I also lead the marketing and communications strand of the European head office\'s Social Mobility Committee.
