Defining the strategy for enabling performance diagnostics and monitoring through the use of an Application Performance Management (APM) tool, other monitoring tools, and diagnostic techniques- Identifying, evaluating, and recommending monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques relevant to the application architecture.
