Once upon a time, I was in a classroom, teaching, inspiring, and figuring out how to make learning stick. That passion led me to a Teaching & Learning Lead role, where I trained educators and got a taste of adult learning. Spoiler alert: I loved it.Fast-forward to today, and I’m thriving in the world of Learning & Development! Today, I’m proud to bring that passion to CoolIT Systems, a leading provider of advanced liquid cooling solutions, as L&D Specialist. Here, I get to design impactful training, lead full-cycle learning initiatives, and support leadership and talent development. One of my favorite projects?
