As part of our continued transformation across both Capita Public Service and our Growth capability, my remit has now evolved into the role of Divisional Growth Director, where I continue to position CPS to win, grow and lead in a rapidly evolving public sector landscape. I’m incredibly proud to take on this role and to lead our team into the next generation of Growth performance.In my expanded remit, I will continue to drive the strategic growth agenda across our public sector portfolio - strengthening market focus, revenue performance and long‑term value - but now with accountability for the full new business Growth ecosystem, including Propositions, Market Development and Business Development, joining my existing enablement teams: Marketing & Insights, Transactional Sales, Win Centre, and Growth Operations & Enablement.Together, this function delivers a high‑performing, data‑driven and increasingly AI‑enabled approach to growth. By unifying them under one cohesive, centralised strategy, we are sharpening our ability to translate commercial ambition into tangible outcomes, aligning our efforts around the areas where Capita has the strongest right to win, and significantly improving our cost of sale. This evolution creates the foundations for a more focused, efficient and future‑ready Growth organisation - one that’s ready to deliver the next chapter of CPS’ success.
