ABOUT VALERIE J. DAVIS

With over 25 years of experience as an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and leader-as-coach educator, Valerie brings her clients a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Her prior experience as an executive in global organizations in the high-tech sector has given her valuable insight into the challenges leaders face in today’s rapidly changing and transforming environments. She leverages this knowledge to provide tailored coaching and consulting services to help leaders navigate these challenges and succeed.Valerie is known for her empathetic and attentive listening skills and for creating a safe and trusting environment for clients to explore and address their leadership development needs. Clients have reported successful outcomes from their work with her, and multi-year engagements with organizations indicate a high rate of client satisfaction. Valerie has founded two successful leadership development companies and is President of Lysistrata Inc, a firm specializing in executive and team coaching and leadership coach education. She also works with several consulting consortia and previously served as Head Coach at the Niagara Institute leadership institute. She is a coaching team member for the Certified Director program at the DeGroote School of Business and has also delivered coaching and leadership programs at McMaster University. Drawing from her multi-disciplined education in leadership, human development, and neuroscience, she focuses on individual and team coaching, coach education, and leadership development. Valerie has worked with a wide range of clients on three continents in multiple sectors at all levels. These include board directors, C-suite executives, health care professionals and educators, high-potential candidates, entrepreneurs, not-for-profit leaders, and an entire US-based national sales management team from Regional Manager to Vice President.
