Creating long and short-form content for Cookie Run: Kingdom\'s YouTube and social media platforms. Contributed across all production phases, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, directing, art design, motion graphics, video editing, sound design, and asset management. Crafted compelling narratives for the IP’s characters.[ Accomplishments ]• Produced, directed, and co-wrote the US branch’s first original web series “Last Cookie Standing,” featured on Game Rant and USA Today FTW. Managed production, budget, and led a team of 22 personnel made of internal creatives and external contractors.• Led the video strategy for the IP’s 2021 campaign resulting in substantial growth of its English YouTube channel from 50k to over 450k subscribers within 6 months. Individually produced videos have over 26 million views to date.• Spearheaded the creative video strategy for the BTS K-pop band collaboration, and produced two animated trailers, with one featured on Billboard.• Directed and produced the pre-launch trailer for Devsisters’ new IP “Brixity,” and worked with external studio partner BUCK in developing the official launch trailer.• Created one of the top-performing social posts for Cookie Run: Kingdom on Instagram and Twitter (aka X)-
