ABOUT VIVIEN TAI
I help leaders and mid-career professionals who feel stuck, depleted, or disconnected, to find their way back to aliveness.I’m currently developing the ™ — a practical framework to help individuals understand where they feel blocked (e.g. busyness, distraction, lack of purpose, self-judgment) and chart their unique pathway back to aliveness (e.g. presence, agency, authenticity, belonging). To be launched by end April 2026.I believe that sustainable performance and meaningful impact come not from pushing harder, but from being more deeply connected to ourselves, others, and life. My work integrates the science and wisdom of flourishing, including positive psychology, developmental psychology, systems thinking, mindfulness, compassion, and spirituality.I also write a Substack on the \"Art of Aliveness\" — reflections on how we can lead, live and work from fuller humanity and aliveness: https://artofaliveness.substack.com. I work with purpose-driven leaders and professionals navigating transitions, uncertainty, or burnout — helping them find clarity on what truly matters, and the courage to act on it. I am also an Executive Coach at Abroad, a global leadership development platform dedicated to purpose-driven leaders and organizations.More on my coaching work: https://about.me/vivientaicoachingI partner with leaders and organizations to build more human-centric workplaces. I am a Partner with the Positive Movement where we work with organizations on human-centric flourishing and performance. Previously, I spent 13 years in the Singapore Government, where I led organizational culture and employee experience initiatives for public officers.I’m interested in deepening the substance of leadership development towards growth of character, consciousness and complexity thinking. I’m currently developing a human-centric leadership program that builds inner, relational, and systemic capacities — so leaders can create both high performance and genuine flourishing. I am exploring opportunities to contribute in human-centric leadership and organizational transformation, as well as people, culture, and strategy roles. I am driven by hope for a more human, conscious, courageous way of leading, working, and living. If this resonates with you, I\'d love to have a chat.
