ABOUT VIVIEN KEIL

Experienced child and adolescent psychologist with expertise in pediatric neuropsychology, interpersonal neurobiology, evidence-based and measurement-based care, program development, clinical strategy, and pediatric healthcare models. I understand the systems of care for youth and work passionately at the complex intersection of our mental health, medical, and school systems. My driving mission is the creation of more effective systems of care for our young people. I value a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach for children and adolescents and thrive in fast-paced environments where I am able to work with and learn from creative problem-solvers. This drive has led me to both leadership and consultative roles within the digital behavioral health world as companies seek to find more innovative solutions for our youth mental health crisis. Recently I was the Director of Clinical Quality and Product Development at Marker Learning where I oversaw the tech-enabled clinical assessment model and the evolution of their clinical product. Prior to that, I was the VP of Care Operations at BeMe Health, where I co-created their proprietary text-based model of care for teens, established quality assurance processes and risk protocols, and created a robust training program for social workers and wellness coaches. I am grateful for my ongoing role as a Clinical Advisor at Beaming Health, Clayful, Understood, and Psyche, all companies who are similarly committed to improving the broader health ecosystem for youth and their families. As a practicing clinician and licensed psychologist, I provide comprehensive developmental, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological evaluations to children and adolescents and work closely with parents so that they feel empowered to advocate for their child’s individual needs.
