Develop, implement, and execute changes and updates to benefit plan programs and design for all Foundation employees and retirees. Develop and maintain policies and process documents governing benefits, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations. Develop and implement health and wellness strategy to incentivize staff through engaging activities. Manage Benefit Committee meetings, agendas, and minutes and provide strategic input to the Committee, including views on benefits management, trends, delivery, and cost control that support Foundation goals, culture, and principles. Develop and execute communications, change strategies, events, and activities to educate staff and ensure their understanding of new and changing benefit programs via multiple channels, while simultaneously embracing a culture of inclusivity, belonging, and diverse perspectives. Design, streamline, and manage HRIS workflows and document approval processes in a remote work environment. Oversees the ongoing management of compensation policies, financial incentive programs, and compensation planning across the Foundation. Collaborate with internal partners and leaders in supporting compensation for new hires, internal promotions, progressions, and market adjustments. Develop, monitor, evaluate, and manage recognition award programs, policies, rewards, and administration processes. Manage and strategize the promotion of the Foundation’s charitable giving platform. Ensure compliance with existing and new federal, state, and local legislative requirements with respect to benefits and retirement plans (e.g, 5500 reporting, Non-Discrimination Testing, etc.). Assign and manage work activities within compensation and benefits team and ensure onboarding and offboarding procedures are followed, ADP/HRIS, payroll and benefit changes processed, and issues resolved. Partner with external consultants on compensation and benefits to meet short and long-term objectives.
